  3. LVF typically uses a high-definition embossing to enhance the realistic looks and feels to mimic hardwoods - hand-scrap, wire brushed and distressed wood.

  4. Using the same type of LVF throughout several different rooms adds of continuity to a home. Because LVF can be installed in any room, it is prefect choice for room-to-room and level-to-level coordination.

Lifestyle/Performance 

LVF should last five to 25 years, depending on the quality and level of care it receives. LVF with a urethane or enhanced urethane wear layer is more durable and will last longer than vinyl with no-wax. Thickness is also a factor - the thicker LVF the more durability. 

Care & Maintenance 

Caring for LVF is simple: regular sweeping and occasional mopping with cleaner recommended by the manufacture will keep your floor looking beautiful. It's important to follow the manufacture's cleaning instructions: if adhesive is used mopping with too much water could loosen the LVF; abrasive cleaners can harm the surface and over waxing will lead wear layer damage. Some cleaners may actually dull the finish.
